We are looking for a recent graduate or final-year student to join QGMI as a Junior Administrative Assistant / Intern, supporting our SGI (Integrated Management System) and Compliance departments.
This position offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in an international environment, contributing to training coordination, document management, and the implementation and improvement of corporate procedures.
This role is initially intended to cover a maternity leave, with the possibility of continuing within the team upon successful performance and depending on business needs.
Provide administrative and coordination support to the SGI and Compliance teams.
Assist in the organization and delivery of internal trainings and awareness sessions.
Prepare and update presentations, reports, and internal documentation.
Support the review, update, and control of internal procedures and policies.
Collaborate in monitoring compliance activities and collecting data for audits.
Ensure proper document control and version tracking within the management system.
Facilitate communication and collaboration across departments and international teams.
Education: Degree or final-year studies in Law, Business Administration, or related fields.
Languages:
Portuguese and English – mandatory
Spanish and/or other languages – an advantage
Skills:
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Knowledge or experience with Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN) is a plus.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Attention to detail, discretion, and a collaborative mindset.
Curiosity and openness to working with new technologies and systems.
